Who are The XFOR Group
The XFOR Group are a fast growing security and investigations company with operations and clients spread all over the world, from London to Boston, to Reykjavik and beyond – XFOR are there delivering a valuable service to our clients.
We were formed in 2004 and through to today, we haven’t stood still and we manoeuvre our market space always looking for the next opportunity! That opportunity is always supported by the best workforce we can get our hands on (not literally).

What are apprenticeships?
Apprenticeships are effectively work based learning programmes, of which there is a huge focus on learning and development. Apprentices work alongside regular employees, they are paid and they gain valuable knowledge that will help them in future employment.
Our apprenticeships can be undertaken in our security division, from working in plain clothes in one of our retail stores catching shoplifters, through to working on a busy event – ensuring the safety and integrity of each and every individual there. On the other hand, you could be on a surveillance operation following someone suspected of employee theft, through to analysing critical intelligence and making informed decisions on the next line of enquiry. Our opportunities don’t stop there; you could also be working on part of our Environmental Enforcement Team, dedicating your time to managing environmental offences on behalf of our clients. The list goes on, as do the opportunities – and you’ll grow with it!
