We will provide you with experienced project managers and section supervisors who would be allocated to each segment of your event. They would then be supported and assisted by line supervisors and team leaders.
Our stewards are familiar with the type of event, layout of the site and are aware of their role in the Event Safety Management Plan.
They understand crowd movement and issues of crowd congestion and
can communicate at all level. The stewards are always identifiable by means of their uniform, including corporate jackets, tabards etc
Any event security and stewarding project we undertake has its own project manager allocated to control the operation right from the beginning and ensure a quality service is delivered. Our project manager will perform a site survey before the event and would then prepare and submit a proposed plan of operation for your consideration. The Xfor team onsite would be available to you at all times for liaison prior to, during and after the planning stages.
